Enable Auto Renew

  1. Log in to the e2open Carrier Marketplace.
  2. Go to “My Account” in the top right corner.
  3. Select “Subscriptions”.
  4. Click the “View” button on your active subscription.
  5. Ensure that “Auto Renew” is enabled by toggling on the auto renew button.
    • You will be allowed to pick your subscription payment method once “Auto Renew” is toggled on. Please follow the steps that pop up to set up your subscription payment method.
    • This will allow payment to be processed on the next payment date and continue your subscription without interruption.

Change Saved Payment Methods

  1. Log in to the e2open Carrier Marketplace.
  2. Go to “My Account” in the top right corner.
  3. Select “Payment methods”.
  4. Click the “Add payment method” button to add a new payment method.

Change Recurring Subscription Payment Method

  1. Log in to the e2open Carrier Marketplace.
  2. Go to “My Account” in the top right corner.
  3. Select “Subscriptions“.
  4. Click the “Change Payment” button.
  5. Enter the new payment details on the Checkout page.
  6. Submit the Checkout form and return to the “Subscriptions” page.

Change the Address and Billing Email Address on All Subscriptions

  1. Log in to the e2open Carrier Marketplace.
  2. Go to “My Account” in the top right corner.
  3. Select “Addresses“.
  4. Select the “Edit” link next to the shipping or billing address.
  5. Tick the checkbox: Update the address used for all of my active subscriptions.
  6. Save Address.

View Subscription Information

  1. Log in to the e2open Carrier Marketplace.
  2. Go to “My Account” in the top right corner.
  3. Select “Subscriptions“.
  4. Select the “View” button next to the subscription or click the subscription number under the Subscription column in the Subscriptions table.

On this page, you can view the subscription’s:

  • Status
  • Start date, last order date, next payment, and end date
  • Auto renew setting
  • Recurring payment method
  • Line items, including products, fees, and taxes
  • Order history
  • Contact email and phone number
  • Billing and shipping addresses

Upgrade to a new tier within your subscription

  1. Log in to the e2open Carrier Marketplace.
  2. Go to “My Account” in the top right corner.
  3. Select “Subscriptions“.
  4. Select the “View” button next to the subscription or click the subscription number under the Subscription column in the Subscriptions table.
  5. Select the “Upgrade Subscription” button.
  6. Select a new subscription product and click “Switch Subscription”.
    • A checkout form is presented, along with a notice that this subscription will replace the existing subscription and the date the next payment will be charged.
  7. Complete the checkout form for the new subscription.
    • The standard Order Received page will populate.
  8. Return to “My Account”. You can see the line item on the subscription has been changed, and the recurring totals updated (if the amounts were different).

Accepted payment methods

Payments are made by credit card, bank transfer (ACH), and we also offer an invoice option for orders of $9,600 or more. Checks are not accepted.
